Autumn is fast approaching (Ahhhh!) and with that I am launching the New 'Shintsha Necklace Range'. Please note that no piece of jewellery will ever be exactly the same but I can re create the design in your chosen colour and specification. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery on commissioned pieces.

Postage
Due to popular demand I have added a 'Shop' to my web site. The pieces listed are all ready made and available to send straight away. Please note that the listed price does not include postage and packaging - please add £2.00 standard fee for UK postage. Each additional item bought £0.10 each. For International Postage please add a set £5.00 to the cost of your item. Please note that these prices does not include insurance.
I also stock several shops, boutiques, beauticians and hairdressers in the Kent area. A list of these are available on the 'Stockists' page.
Packaging
The packaging and presentation of your jewellery item is almost as important as the piece itself - it makes it that little bit more special regardless of the price. Great care and attention has gone into the design of my packaging. Each purchase will be wrapped in either an organza bag or special 'Khazimula' box (this will depend on the jewellery item). The cardboard used in my boxes are made from recycled materials. Packaging is included as standard.
Returns & Breakage
I am willing to give a full refund for any unworn items up to one month after purchase. This policy does not include earrings which I can not sell on due to health reasons.
In the rare event that one of my pieces break after purchase due to a design fault on my part I am willing to fix it free of charge up to 6 months after purchase. I am more than happy to fix and repair any other jewellery items at a charge of £5.00 per hour plus cost of materials.
