Rings (Spoon, Knife, Fork) |
Pictured below are rings made from coffee spoons, knives and forks. All pictured are made using solid English Silver. All English Silver hallmarks can be dated to the exact year, the maker of the original piece of cutlery, the place of manufacture and in some cases even the monarch of the time.
I am happy to make pieces using family heir looms. However it has to be solid silver. Any Electro Plated Nickel Silver (EPNS) cannot be used.
Where possible the hallmark is made a feature of the design. Sometimes it is not a ‘feature’ especially if the piece of cutlery has a pretty handle for example.
Spoon Rings are made using coffee spoons. Coffee Spoons are slightly smaller than teaspoons and absolutely perfect for making a ‘chunky ring’ without it being overly heavy. The whole spoon is used in the design.
Fork Rings are made using cake forks, child forks and in some cases pickle forks.
Knife Rings are obviously made from knifes. Some are chunky and some are small. The majority are made using butter knifes. The smaller ones are extremely rare. The more modern butter knifes make lovely chunky rings. The whole blade of the knife is used in the design.

Pendants |
There are so many different pendants you can make with a piece of cutlery. The bowl of a spoon, the handle of a spoon then ad a stone, add a flower and before you know you have a piece that doesn’t look like a piece of cutlery at all!
It’s impossible for me to picture all the pendants I have made using various pieces of cutlery – so for the website I have picked out some of my favourites. Please visit the Khazimula’s Facebook page where I have several albums full of pictures featuring the cutlery jewellery range.

Bangles/Bracelets |
With a little imagination, you can make a bangle or bracelet using a whole or only a part of a knife, fork, spoon or napkin ring. Once again it is impossible to show case all the pictures of pieces I have made so I have picked my favourites. Go and have a look on the Facebook page for loads more ideas and pictures. If you have an idea of your own please feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements and possibilities.
